Pillow Talk is an adult-oriented fanfic series about the relationship that develops between Gabrielle and Joxer, after a one night stand that turns into a whole lot more. Yes, there is a lot of sex in this series (I mean, that's the fun part), but the other focus is on the complexities of emotions, and the uncertainties of a constantly changing relationship. Can two friends become lovers without something fundamental changing between them?

Rating: NC-17. A friend challenged me to give a bit more detail regarding "the night before" in the above story, and this was the result. It's been a while since Gabrielle and Joxer have seen each other, and from the looks of things, they sure did miss one another...

Note: While LoL was without a doubt the inspirational piece behind this entire twisted body of work, these stories are actually unrelated to either of the ones above. They're more of a spin-off, and some events are similar, but after the first few stories in the series they diverge in terms of "canon". Just think of it like an idea, fleshed out. ^_^ (Or more smut for your money, you could see it that way too...)

My Favourite Mistake
Rating: NC-17. Frustrated with Joxer's seeming lack of backbone, Gabrielle pushes him a little too far. Sorely regretting the fight, Gabrielle welcomes Joxer back with more than open arms. But what happens when they wake up the morning after?

Rating: NC-17. Despite agreeing that the night they spent together was purely an accident, Joxer and Gabrielle's attempts to get on with their lives as if nothing happened are hampered by the fact that their desire for one another isn't spent yet. 

Heat of the Night
Rating: NC-17. After making the decision to deliberately continue meeting with Joxer, Gabrielle has to come to terms with what this decision means - and what she truly wants from the relationship.

In the Clear Light of a New Day
Rating: NC-17. Joxer is crushed when Gabrielle tells him they need to spend some time apart.  However, Gabrielle ends up being the one who suffers after he leaves.

Frustration Break
Rating: R. With Xena around constantly, Gabrielle and Joxer can't seem to find the time to be alone together.  Tension runs high, and issues come to the foreground - issues which will change the course of their relationship.
